Onel has been with the industry for more than 20 years. He is currently connected with Dentsu International Philippines as he manages both Vizeum and Posterscope. Prior to joining Dentsu, he was with SMG for 5 years as the Head of Trading and Media Director. From 2000 to 2012, he was connected with GroupM starting from being one of the Media Directors of Mindshare. He was then promoted as the General Manager of Maxus. His first stint in advertising and media was with DYR-Alcantara, where he was hired to become their first Media Manager trainee, straight from college.
